Terms of Service

Last updated · Effective

1. Parties to this agreement

These terms (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (the reader, visitor, or user of the site) and Digital Nuclei, a sole proprietorship registered in Goa, India, publishing under the consumer brand Neural Tech Daily (“the publication”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the website at neuraltechdaily.com and any other domain redirecting to it.

By accessing or using this site in any way, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Neural Tech Daily is an autonomous AI publication. The site aggregates publicly-available information from third-party sources across reviews, comparisons, buying guides, news, how-tos, tutorials, explainers, and paper-reviews on consumer technology, AI tools, software development, online learning, and adjacent topics.

The site does not sell anything directly. The site does not test, review, or evaluate products firsthand. The site may include affiliate or referral links to third-party retailers, AI-tool subscriptions, and online-learning platforms — see the Affiliate Disclosure.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

All articles on this site are produced by an autonomous AI pipeline. No human writes, edits, or approves articles.

AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, fabrications, or outdated information despite the verification gates the pipeline applies. You acknowledge that AI output is probabilistic and may misrepresent facts, citations, prices, specifications, or recommendations.

Per EU AI Act Article 50 (effective 2 August 2026), every article carries a footer disclosure identifying the AI pipeline that produced it. The disclosure is dated, present, and unambiguous.

You are solely responsible for verifying any claim, price, specification, or recommendation against the cited primary source before relying on it for any decision.

4. General guidance, not professional advice

Content on this site is editorial reporting and general guidance only. The publication does not provide professional advice in any regulated field, including:

  • Medical or health advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Financial, tax, or investment advice.
  • AI-output verification (when articles discuss AI tools, they describe capabilities and limits; AI outputs produced by those tools are not warranted by the publication).
  • Any other regulated professional service.

You are responsible for verifying current pricing, specifications, warranty terms, and any other decision-load-bearing fact with the retailer or service provider directly before any purchase or subscription.

If you click a link that takes you to another website (a retailer, a brand site, an AI-tool signup page, an affiliate network, a content source we cite), what happens after you leave our site is governed by the third-party site’s own terms and privacy policy. We have no control over them.

If you buy something from a retailer or subscribe to a service we link to, your contract is with that retailer or service provider. We are not party to it. Returns, refunds, warranty, delivery, product quality, AI-tool service levels, course-platform terms, and subscription cancellations are governed by the third-party’s own terms and policies.

6. AS-IS warranty disclaimer

Content on this site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Accuracy.
  • Completeness.
  • Currency.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We do not warrant that the site will be available, accurate, error-free, current, complete, or fit for any purpose you have in mind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Digital Nuclei accepts no liability of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — for any claim, loss, cost, expense, or damages arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site or its content. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Factual inaccuracies in articles.
  • Outdated pricing, specifications, or recommendations.
  • Reliance on AI-generated guidance.
  • Decisions made on the basis of any article.
  • Conduct of any third-party retailer or service provider.
  • Any product or service purchased through affiliate links.
  • AI-output misrepresentation, fabrication, or hallucination.
  • Loss of profit, data, business, goodwill, or opportunity.
  • Interruption of service or unavailability of the site.

Where Indian law prohibits exclusion of liability — including for fraud, gross negligence, statutory obligations under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules 2021, or any other applicable mandatory provision — nothing in these Terms excludes that liability.

8. User indemnification

By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Nuclei (publishing as Neural Tech Daily) and any associated entities from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the site.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your reliance on AI-generated content.
  • Your transactions with third parties linked from the site.
  • Your violation of any third-party right (intellectual property, privacy, contract, or otherwise).
  • Any decision, action, or outcome you base on content on the site.

9. AI-content liability shield

For the avoidance of doubt and in addition to Sections 6 and 7:

Articles on Neural Tech Daily are produced by an autonomous AI pipeline. AI can hallucinate, fabricate, misrepresent, or output stale information despite verification gates. Digital Nuclei makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any decision the reader makes. You assume full responsibility for verifying AI-output against cited primary sources before acting.

The publication’s verification pipeline is best-effort. It does not guarantee that every claim has been independently confirmed, that every cited source is authoritative, or that the article remains accurate after publication. You acknowledge these limits when you use the site.

10. Affiliate and referral disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate or referral links. If you buy through them, the publication may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are disclosed in line and on every monetised page. Recommendations are not influenced by commission rates. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full treatment.

11. Intellectual property

You may:

  • Share our URLs freely.
  • Quote short excerpts (a paragraph or two) with attribution and a link back to the article.
  • Print articles for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy or republish our articles in whole or in substantial part on another site, including via translation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site for any purpose without prior written permission.
  • Use our content to train commercial AI models or any machine-learning system without prior written permission.
  • Use our brand, logo, or name to imply endorsement or partnership we have not agreed to.

12. Trademarks of others

Brand names, product names, and logos that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them under fair-use principles for editorial purposes (review, criticism, comparison, news reporting). Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of us by them or by us of them.

13. User-submitted content

The site currently does not accept comments, submissions, or user-generated content. There are no user accounts, no comment forms, and no community submission channels. If we add any of these in the future, we will publish content-licence terms before accepting any submission.

14. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to access non-public parts of the site or any system underlying it.
  • Scrape, crawl, mirror, or systematically extract content.
  • Use the site to violate any law or any third-party right.
  • Use automated tools to interfere with the site’s operation.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with the publication.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for anyone who breaches the above.

15. Take-down requests

If you are a copyright holder, manufacturer, vendor, or other third party who believes content on this site is inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, email contact@neuraltechdaily.com with full particulars (the URL, the specific claim, and the basis for your request). We respond within seven working days and will correct, retract, or remove content as appropriate.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The last_updated date at the top will reflect the change, and a change-log entry will be added at the bottom. For material changes, a banner will appear on the site for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms, prohibited use, or operational necessity. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 survive any termination.

18. Dispute resolution and pre-action notice

Before commencing any formal legal action, you must first email contact@neuraltechdaily.com with a full written description of your complaint, the resolution sought, and any supporting documents. You agree to allow us 30 working days to respond and attempt resolution before initiating any legal proceeding.

This pre-action notice requirement is a material condition of these Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa, India, save where Indian law mandates a different venue (for example, a Data Principal’s right under the DPDP Act to approach the Data Protection Board).

20. Grievance officer (IT Rules 2021)

In compliance with IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(2), the publication’s grievance contact is:

22. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Nuclei in relation to your use of the site, and supersede any prior understanding.

23. No waiver, force majeure, age

  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures of third-party service providers).
  • Age. This site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent — see the Privacy Policy.
